The FSP conducts ultrasound equal to the best conventional wet gel. Helps to protect the infant's delicate skin and skull. Eliminates messy clean up (just lift-off FSP and discard).

When Scanning infants with thick hair, image quality is improved by placing a few drops of water on the scalp side of the Fontanelle Pad before placing on the baby.
