TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Minimum billing requirements - $100 net. Orders of less than $100 net must be accompanied by payment, in full, including postage.
2. Drop shipments - 20% discount plus shipping charge.
3. Terms - 1% ten days, net 30 days. FOB, our plant, Newark , NJ - upon credit approval.
4. Orders under $2,500 net - discounts are earned per quantity of each product and size.
5. Orders over $2,500 net or more of assorted merchandise will be invoiced at the lowest featured price regardless of individual quantities.
6. To avoid special packaging charges, please order in multiples of 4, for gallons, 4 liters and 5 liters and multiples of 6 dozen for 250 ml.
